Of course I'm not happy that I had to pay so much to get my lost data back, but I'm giving 5 stars because I'm getting it back. It's not their fault I lost it, and they came through in a pinch. Triple back up your data folks. If you don't? See these guys about getting it back.

Easy to work with Pricing much better than competitors

The first consultation I had, I got reassured that the cost of data recovery was between the 300is dollars in the lower (cases where hardware was faulty due to overuse or wearing of components in the reading heads) and up to 3100is dollars in the upper end (cases where the device was expose to high temperature such as fire accidents). Seeing the cost and knowing the reason it makes me feel uneasy regarding the cost of this service.
