Exemplary service from the beginning to the end! I took my computer to my regular computer repair store & they couldn't recover my data. They referred me to a couple of well known computer places, and they couldn't recover any data from my computer either. I had thousands & thousands of files that I couldn't access for my business. I contacted Data Tech Labs & Michael guided me through their process. Michael had excellent communication throughout! Their wonderful techs worked diligently to recover my files from my 1 TB hard drive & save my info to an external hard drive. I am extremely grateful!!!

Hardware failures can strike anyone, anytime; even retired IT Engineers! A WD NAS 1Tb box failed and these guys recovered every file on it. It was pricier than I preferred, but still better to lose some $$$ than irreplaceable documents, photos, home movies and other items. I will replace the hardware with something better for a local copy, but as long as these guys exist I feel better already.

I don't know what kind of sorcery they did but they recovered all my pictures, and pretty quickly I must say. I spoke with Brent and he was super helpful and understanding. 5 stars for Brent all day. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me in simple terms. I didn't catch the gentleman name inside but he was very nice and obviously a recovery wizard!! I'm a college student, so this was a pretty steep unexpected expense. I'm grateful that they worked with me on pricing to recover really important photos from my drive. I'm so grateful! Thank y'all!

Excellent customer experience! On-going communications on the status and progress of the recovery was very helpful. My data was fully recovered from an inoperable external drive. The drive contained 20+ years of family pictures and documents. To get them back after I thought they were lost was awesome. Many thanks to Ryone and the DataTech Labs team!

Hi! I don’t know how to put into words how grateful, and blessed I feel by DataTech Labs. I originally reached out because I had external HDD failure and I’m a wedding photographer & videographer so it was stressful enough. They did a diagnosis on the external hard drive and responded with 24 hours to let me know the issue and the cost ($2000+ for parts and recovery but WORTH every penny) I honestly just wanted 2 folders back that were still pending on my end and didn’t bother for anything else on the drive so I asked them to please take their time because it was valuable what was on the HDD. They told me it would be an 8-10 day process and they would contact me for updates which they did. After 8 or 9 days they called me again to let me know it would take a bit longer (10-14 more days) because they had to stabilize the drive at a slower speed which again I was okay, and that let me know they were giving their best effort. Fast forward to receiving the drive - the amount of relief that I experienced when I saw on the video call that 98% of the drive was recovered is beyond words. 10 files were damaged (normal) from a film I was working on but not to the point where I’ve had to adjust anything major (so in reality everything is back) I will recommend everyone and their mom to DataTech Labs because they have exceed every expectation. Thank you Alex and Michael and all the techs that do magic at work. 🙌🏻
