I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services after I had challenges with my external hard drive. It contained all my vacation pictures for the past 10yrs. I had email and phone conversations with primarily Jason, secondarily Kyle. They were both very professional, kind, understanding and empathetic to my situation. I highly recommend the services of Secure Data Recovery. I had a flash drive that worked one day and the very next morning could not be read on any computer. Secure Data Recovery (Jason Molinaro) answered the phone on the initial call (which we had to leave a message with two other companies and have still not heard back from either one), they provided very timely service to diagnose, provide feedback and solutions. I used their “emergency” service as this data was extremely important to my work everyday and they were able to save 100% of my files within about a 30-hour turnaround which made a significant difference in some items that were vitally important for me to get done.
